Responsible AI Policy
Technology should remove unnecessary burdens so people can spend more time serving, leading, creating, deciding, and building genuine relationships.
Effective: September 30, 2026
Our core commitment
AI Boss Mobility uses artificial intelligence as a support system for people, not as a substitute for human dignity, judgment, responsibility, or relationship. We design and use AI to make work clearer, more useful, and more efficient while keeping people accountable for decisions that materially affect other people.
Human judgment remains accountable
AI may organize information, explain options, draft content, identify patterns, automate repetitive work, and support follow-up. People remain responsible for consequential decisions. Major financial, legal, contractual, pricing, hiring, partnership, safety, or other high-impact commitments require appropriate human review.
Human connection comes first
AI should strengthen communication and create more room for meaningful human interaction. It should not pretend that automation is the same as relationship. In coaching, leadership, community, fatherhood, and organizational work, AI can help people prepare and reflect, but it cannot replace the personal responsibility to listen, apologize, reconcile, lead, care, or show up.
Transparency about AI and Digital Twins
When an AI assistant or Digital Twin is being used, we aim to make that role understandable. AI-assisted systems should not intentionally mislead people into believing an automated interaction is a live personal conversation with Brian Keith Hill when it is not. Human escalation should be available when a question or decision requires personal judgment.
Consent, privacy, and data minimization
We collect and use information for a defined purpose and seek to avoid collecting more than the work requires. We respect permission, confidentiality, opt-outs, and the choices people make about how their information, image, voice, likeness, or submitted materials may be used. See our Privacy Policy and Media & AI Permission page for related practices.
Accuracy and responsible review
AI systems can make mistakes, omit context, or produce confident-sounding information that is incorrect. We do not treat AI output as automatically true. Important facts, recommendations, and actions should be reviewed at a level appropriate to their potential impact. When uncertainty matters, we prefer to say what is uncertain rather than invent an answer.
Dignity, fairness, and non-manipulation
We do not use AI to exploit vulnerability, manufacture false trust, impersonate people without permission, or pressure people through deceptive urgency. We avoid spam-oriented automation and favor useful, permission-aware communication. People should be treated as people—not merely as data points, leads, or conversion targets.
Security and service providers
We use reasonable safeguards and select technology based on practical usefulness, privacy, reliability, cost, and the needs of the work. External AI and technology providers have their own terms and privacy practices. No AI or internet-based system can guarantee perfect accuracy, security, or availability.
Continuous responsibility
Responsible AI is an ongoing practice, not a one-time statement. We continue to review our systems for errors, bias, privacy concerns, inappropriate automation, false confidence, and unintended consequences. As tools and workflows change, we will update our safeguards and this policy when needed.
Our operating principle
Use AI to remove unnecessary burdens, strengthen human judgment, and increase our capacity to serve—while protecting dignity, privacy, consent, accountability, and authentic human connection. Technology is the support system. People remain the purpose.
