AI Boss MobilityServices & PricingRequest Estimate

What we do, how we deliver it, and when we say yes

Choose a service with confidence. Every project starts with a defined outcome, a written scope, a realistic schedule and your approval. The checklist on the estimate form lets you request specific deliverables. It is not a contract or automatic purchase.

Payment: After you approve and sign the written agreement, 50% is due before work begins; the remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final delivery, unless the agreement says otherwise. We never promise an unverified outcome or start work before reviewing feasibility.

  3. Compare options, costs, limitations and risks.
  4. Prepare a prioritized roadmap with phases and responsibilities.
  5. Review the plan and choose a practical first action.

Before accepting: The project must be limited to planning, not an unpriced build. Specialist architecture, security or legal reviews are separate.

3. AI Workflow Automation — proposed $1,250

Estimated: 2–3 weeks after kickoff, approved access and scope sign-off. What you get: one agreed automation or prototype, test results and handoff instructions.

  1. Map one workflow and define its trigger and intended result.
  2. Confirm compatible tools, access permissions and failure cases.
  3. Configure one bounded automation or prototype.

  1. Discuss learning goals and participant experience.

  3. Deliver a two-hour interactive responsible-AI workshop.
  4. Share exercises, prompts and a responsible-use checklist.

Existing services and pricing remain available

Existing combined $149 AI Clarity & Quick Start, and established consulting tiers ($750, $1,250, $2,000, $2,500 and $3,500) are not replaced by these packages. Their specific inclusions, milestones and timelines must be checked against their approved service descriptions and documented in the customer's written estimate. We do not assume a higher tier automatically includes more technical work.

Existing-price service delivery steps — proposed scopes

These descriptions preserve the established prices and clarify the work offered. The customer can check individual steps on the estimate form. All work is subject to a feasibility review and signed agreement; scope changes are not automatic discounts.

Project acceptance checklist — for Brian and the customer

Use this before agreeing to a deadline or requesting a deposit. If any answer is no or unknown, revise the scope, seek specialist support or decline the project.

Decision: Not yet approved. Review every item before accepting.

This checklist is a planning aid, not a guarantee of ability or acceptance. It is not submitted to the website or stored.
